Bilingual Ped Home Health Speech Language Pathologist/SLP Job - Houston, TX
Our client is a pediatric home health organization serving the San Antonio, Houston and Dallas markets. They seek a qualified Bilingual Speech Language Pathologist to join their team on a full or part time basis in Houston. Previous pediatric experience and a comfort level with the home health setting is preferred. You'll see kids of all ages with a wide variety of diagnoses including CP, Down's, autism, developmental delays, injury, and speech delay as well as articulation, swallowing and so on.
Patients are located throughout the San Antonio area, but as the caseloads increase, an effort will be made to reduce drive time. They offer a $5550 auto allowance annually. Salaries are based on experience and start at $80K! Productivity bonuses are also part of their salary structure. Full time is considered 30 or more visits per week. Client also offers a 401k plan with dollar match up to 4% of salary. Medical, dental and vision also available after 90 days of service.
Qualifications: Must hold a Masters Degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders; a current state license (or eligible) if applicable.
