Contract Pediatric Physical Therapist/PT Job - Boca Raton, FL

Our client is located in Palm Beach County and provides Pediatric Services to a significant area of S.E. Florida.   We were currently looking for a Physical Therapists to service the children of a small area, to include Wellington, Lake Worth and Boynton Beach.   This is a full time, part time, or contract pediatric physical therapist opportunity...helping this "therapist-owned" company grow!  You will be responsible for evaluating, planning, and implementing treatment plans in accordance with referring physician’s prescription and company policies.  Therapist will travel between these 3 cities as needed to service the children of this wonderful area.

Applicants must have a Masters in Physical Therapy or a Doctorate in Physical Therapy through an accredited school and be state licensed in Florida (or eligible).  As well, the therapist should have a minimum of 1 year pediatric experience, Florida Medicaid Number, and Early Steps accredited or eligible for credentialing.
