Contract School Occupational Therapist Assistant/COTA - Port Lavaca, TX
Our client is a Public School System located on the beautiful waters of the Gulf of Mexico just 90 miles from Corpus Christi and a short 2 hour drive from San Antonio. We are looking for a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to work "part-time" and complete the 2009-2010 School Year...working until June 4, 2010. You would be working a 4-10 hour per week schedule, where your caseload would be approximately 5-10 students...where you control your own scheduling. Population would range from Pre School to Elementary aged. You would cover 2 campuses, approximately 2 miles apart.....so NO heavy driving involved!
Come join this team of "student driven" professionals with a dedicated and supportive school board and administrators to assist you in your work. This position could be either "contract" position! If you are a "contractor"...you could expect to make between $32 to $34 an hour, based on experience.
To qualify for this position, you must be a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, and possess a Texas License, or be eligible for one.
