Contract School Occupational Therapist/OT - Mentor, OH

Our client is a public school system in one of the best locations in Ohio! This school district thought they had the position filled...but the therapist was unable to begin. The dates of this assignment would be from NOW until June 11, 2010. The hours are basic school hours, ranging from 7:30 - 3:30...working about 6.5 hours per day. The schedule would be a little flexible, depending on which school building you are working in that day. Caseload would be approximately 50 students ranging from elementary to middle school age. You would be responsible for covering 3 different locations, no more than 8 miles apart. You will be mainly utilizing pullout model....but the desire of the district is to transition to inclusion when at all possible.

Mentor Schools is the largest district in the Lake County area. They just received a district rating of EXCELLENT with the State Department of Education.

QUALIFICATIONS: Must hold a Masters Degree (or grandfather Bachelor's) in Occupational Therapy; a current state license (or eligible) if applicable.
