Hospital Physical Therapist/PT Job - Panama City, FL
Our client is a hospital system located near Panama City, FL. We are searching for a Physical Therapist to work with patients ages birth to 99. The therapist will be a member of an interdisciplinary team providing direct patient care and individualized care planning and coordination of support staff primarily in an inpatient acute care setting. Primary duties and responsibilities include:
1. Perform evaluation and develop treatment plans.
2. Maintain accurate documentation in a timely and professional manner.
3. Supports techs and students in patient care.
4. Evaluate patient progress and make appropriate adjustments in care, as needed.
5. Meets with physicians, other staff members, and family members in coordinating patient care programs.
6. Performs physical therapy to a variety of patients.
Qualifications: Must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy; a current state license (or eligible) if applicable.
