Our client is a "therapists-owned" company providing Pediatric Therapy services to public, private, and charter schools, clinics, as well as pediatric home health and Early Childhood Intervention settings. This team of 50+ professionals are focused, trained, and dedicated to providing the highest quality care possible for the students of the San Antonio, Texas area. Therapy is provided to children, ages ranging from birth to 21. You will decide which method of treatment is best to use, then set up your own schedule based on caseload.
At this time, we are seeking Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologists (CFY Candidates are highly encouraged to apply) to join our team to work with Early Childhood Intervention and Pediatric Home Care youngsters. You decide how much actual hands-on patient care you provide while supervising SLPAs (if you have 2 years of experience and your Cs) . We have placed over 20 therapists and assistants with this client in recent years, and have several on their third and fourth year with them! WOW...what a variety in schedule! Home health is typically birth to five and sometimes up to age 8 for medically fragile children. This client does not offer health insurance directly, however, they work closely with an insurance company that provides very reasonable rates to her employees. Although we are looking for SLPs to work "full-time", therapists looking to work a more limited schedule are highly encouraged to apply...there is always room for motivated professionals looking to keep their skills current, while making a difference in the children's lives.
Qualifications for this very unique but rewarding opportunity are very simple. You Must hold a Master's Degree in either Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders; a current state license (or eligible) if applicable. CFY CANDIDATES ARE HIGHLY ENCOURAGED TO APPLY...WE CAN PROVIDE MENTORSHIP FOR YOUR CFY YEAR!
Pay Range will vary based on experience, but you can expect a range of $40 - $48 hour!
