Pediatric Clinic Occupational Therapist Assistant/COTA Job - Fayeteville, AR

Pediatric Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) needed to join our professional team in the Fayetteville area, providing quality year round services to a wonderful population of children in a daycare and outpatient clinic setting. Our client has 7 facilities located around the state, and is always looking for pediatric motivated therapists to add to their team of professionals! Providing therapy services in a pull-out method, you would be scheduled for up to 22 units per day - with YOU setting up YOUR schedule. New Grads are highly encouraged to apply and would have mentorship and supervision from OTs on staff. Your work schedule would have some flexibility with completing up to 40 hours per week. NO travel involved...you would work at your facility only. This is a "SALARIED" position....NOT "hourly"....so you don't have to worry about No-Shows, Cancelations, etc.

Qualifications: Must hold a minimum of an Associates Degree in Occupational Therapy; a current state license (or eligible) if applicable.

COMPANY BENEFITS and SALARY: Solid medical insurance with options.   You would be eligible for Profit Sharing of 8% of your annual income, plus you can contribute and be company-matched at 1% for the first 5 years...then 2% thereafter. Medical and Dental Insurance offered along with reimbursement for CEU. Parents can receive reduced cost of daycare at their facility.
