A couple of months ago, 7-year-old Parker Green started learning tae kwon do. His mother said she couldn’t be more pleased.
“It’s the first thing that’s athletic-based that he’s liked to do,” Julie Green said.
Parker is one of a half dozen children with various handicaps who practice tae kwon do once a week as part of their therapy at the Pediatric Therapy Center in Fort Walton Beach. [Source: NWF Dailynews.com]
