Call Today at 866-733-4278 or text us at 662-524-9099

Are you looking for a new and exciting position working with the autistic population in a center-based setting?  We are in need of a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in the Fort Worth area.  We strive to balance table time with other ABA activities to provide as much naturalistic learning as possible and also to keep our active clients engaged in the learning process throughout the day.

We utilize our classrooms, playground, and kitchen areas along with field trips to many locations as well as the horse stables.  Our clients are young learners who receive one-on-one therapy and our staff is well-trained and friendly.  We work as a close-knit team in a comfortable, home-like environment and strive to provide excellent working environments and compensation for our staff.

Job Responsibilities:

Job responsibilities include overseeing all behavior analytic therapy that takes place at our facility.

This includes initial and follow-up assessments using VB Mapp, ABLLS-R, and Vineland 3 assessment tools; functional analysis of problem behaviors; writing and modifying Behavior Intervention Plans and protocols; live reviews; session notes; training, managing and supervising RBT’s and ABA therapists; parent training and meetings; coordination of therapy with speech and occupational therapists; ensuring compliance with insurance providers; and direct ABA therapy with clients.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should have 1 or more years of experience as a licensed BCBA working with early learners in center-based programs, but we will consider a strong BCBA candidate with less than 1 year of experience. The candidate should have excellent people skills; teaching and management skills; organization skills and possess expertise and proficiency as a problem solver.

Additionally, there’s variety in our work because we spend time every week in the community going to the park, the pool, and perhaps the library or the stable. This generalizes learning across environments, so it’s incredibly beneficial for our clients, but it’s also enjoyable for everyone.

We provide a salary commensurate with experience, paid holidays, sick time, and vacation time along with medical insurance benefits for salaried positions.
