Brand new opportunity for a Speech-Language Pathologist to work with a K-8 population north west of the city of Chicago in Itasca. Itasca is a bedroom community just west of the Chicago O’Hare International Airport. It’s one of the Villages of DuPage county and offers a revitalized town center and residents who place a high priority on quality of life and a strong sense of community. It has its own Metra station with an easy commute into the city.

* Position available immediately to a CCC or CFY candidate holding a current IL license and a PEL (active or pending).
* Caseload is between 2 buildings; age range K-8
* Caseload is approximately 45 students, half have general education requirements, the other half have speech only IEPs
* Other SLPs on staff to partner with and for mentorship
* Ideally we’d like full time/5 days. We might consider 4!
* Hours are either 7:50-3:00 or 8:30-3:30

Qualifications: Must hold appropriate Degree in Communications Sciences Disorders, or Speech Language Pathology; and a current state license (or be eligible for same).
