Easy Spring Origami Tulips

Easy spring tulip origami done with members from a mod-severe class. 3 major folds plus 3 optional folds. Origami or other lightweight paper works better than construction paper.

Position lightweight paper square with a corner pointing toward the student’s belly.

Fold the bottom corner up into a triangle 🔺. With point facing away, fold up two side points alongside top corner to make the top of the tulip.

Flip over: Fold the tips in on the bottom and 2 sides to contour tulip bowl. 🌷

Add stem and leaves. We also added butterflies and bees. Multiple tulips look very nice on the page.
