We have an Assistant School Manager position for a Physical Therapist open in the South Chicago suburbs and Northwest Indiana!   We are seeking a pediatric Physical Therapist looking to broaden their career! Our client is searching for a PT with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the field preferably in pediatrics. 

*  You will evaluate and treat kiddos ages 2 years and up in our schools
*  There will be travel required because you will be interfacing with several districts
*  We are looking for a passionate person with leadership skills  who is a team player, and exceptionally skilled in communicating, both written and verbally
*  You will have responsibilities that include evaluating appropriate tests for accurate diagnosis, developing age-appropriate treatment plans
*  You will maintain daily documentation practices and produce progress reports from updated treatment plans
*  You will be responsible for updating the patient’s progress to the relevant parties
*  You will provide mentorship and guidance as needed
*  You must have an initial COVID vaccine

 Qualifications:  You will need to hold a Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in Physical  Therapy and a current state license in Illinois and Indiana  (or be eligible for the same). The client is also requesting experience with Epic EMR as well as previous experience in a school setting (strongly preferred)
