Birth to Three Physical Therapist – PT

We are in search of a PT to work an 8-week leave, with a high probability of becoming a direct-hire employee once the leave is finished. This position is a W2 contract opportunity beginning on April 3, 2023. 

This leave includes: 
* A two-week orientation with the current Physical Therapist, so you don’t feel like you’re being “thrown in” to the position
* Very strong team approach with joint visits, and the opportunity to work with a multi-disciplinary team
* Year-round position with the birth to 3 population
* High probability of becoming a direct hire if it’s a good match!
* Great working hours, full-time Monday through Friday 8am-4pm (no weekends!)
* Home visits with your team and minimal documentation outside of treatment sessions required
* Minimal travel involved – 15 minutes max between some school districts
* Competitive compensation that includes mileage reimbursement
* No Medicaid billing

What’s required? 
* Master’s degree in Physical Therapy (or equivalent)
* Michigan state license in Physical Therapy
