We have a wonderful management opportunity for a pediatric Physical Therapist looking to broaden their career! Our client seeks a PT with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the field preferably in pediatrics. All therapy disciplines will be considered for this opening (speech, occupational or physical therapists). Previous leadership experience is required. 

*  You will work in a great facility in Bourbonnais, IL that is equipped with a fitness complex, lap pool, indoor track, and more
*  We are looking for a passionate person with leadership skills  who is a team player, and exceptionally skilled in communicating, both written and verbally
*  You will be working with a team of therapists and maintaining the overall health of the clinic as a business
*  You will provide mentorship and guidance as needed
*  You will be responsible for payroll verification, monthly staff meetings, problem-solving, budgeting, quarterly audit reviews, hiring, and retention, and most importantly… keeping patients as priority one
*  You will also still be treating by carrying a small caseload as one of your job duties
*  You must have an initial COVID vaccine

 You will need to hold a Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in Physical  Therapy and a current state license (or be eligible for same). The client is also requesting experience with Epic EMR
