Here’s an amazing opportunity for a Speech-Language Pathologist looking to take a step into management! Our client seeks an SLP with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the field preferably in pediatrics. All therapy disciplines will be considered for this opening (speech, occupational or physical therapists). Previous leadership experience is required. 

The location is in Bourbonnais, IL and the facility and the building where it’s housed are equipped with a fitness facility, lap pool, indoor track, and more. 
*Seeking a passionate leader-type who is ambitious and a team player, skilled in communicating, both written and verbally
*You’ll be responsible for working with a team of therapists and considering the overall health of the clinic as a business
*Upper management mentorship and guidance are yours for the asking
*Your responsibilities are broad–everything from payroll verification, monthly staff meetings, problem-solving, budgeting, quarterly audit reviews, hiring and retention, and keeping patients priority one
*You will have the opportunity to still treat it as part of your role, too, carrying a small caseload as one of your job duties
*Must have initial COVID vaccine
 

• You will hold a Master’s Degree in Communications Sciences Disorders or Speech-Language Pathology, and a current state license (or be eligible for same).
