Qualifications: 

  • You will need to hold a Master's Degree in Communications Sciences Disorders or Speech-Language Pathology, and a current Professional Educator's License and registered in DuPage County..
  • Only SLP with their C's need apply + 1 year of school experience

PediaStaff is seeking a skilled and passionate Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our dynamic team. Job Details:   

  • Schedule:  Part-Time FMLA need 
  • Dates:  8/15/25-11/12/2025
  • Hours:   2.5 days per week can be flexed.  Tuesday 8-315p; Wednesday 8-315p; Thursday 8-1130
  • Setting:  K-5
  • Caseload: 11 students
  • In-person  

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Conducting evaluations to assess each child's unique communication strengths and weaknesses. 
  • Creating plans that implement measurable, achievable, and functional goals. 
  • Offering treatment to enhance communication abilities through various approaches. 
  • Working in a comprehensive care team to address a child's specific needs.
  • Informing parents and families about available treatment options and the importance of early intervention.

*In-person role to work full time 33.75 hours per week.  
*Start is April 7 through the end of this school year with an option to work in the fall 
*Caseload is estimated 30-35; self-contained and resoucre students
*Direct services, IEP and/or evals
*Hours are 8am – 315pm (with a 30- minute unpaid lunch)
*PEL required
