A Speech-Language Pathologist is needed for a Charter school in Gary, IN.  You will evaluate and treat patients ages three years to twenty-one years.  The Speech-Language Pathologist must be proficient in treating a variety of diagnoses and be comfortable with AAC.

Responsibilities:

*  The Speech-Language Pathologist will evaluate and utilize appropriate standardized tests for accurate diagnosis of speech and communication disorders
*  Perform daily documentation, update treatment plans, and produce regular progress reports
*  Update patient progress to both families and school staff
*  The Speech-Language Pathologist will supervise an SLPA to assist with caseload management

Qualifications: You will hold a Master’s Degree in Communications Sciences Disorders or Speech-Language Pathology, and a current state license (or be eligible for same)
*  2+ years of previous experience in pediatric speech therapy is preferred
*  Familiarity with sensory disorders and the autistic spectrum
