Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist – SLP

Exciting new Pediatric speech-language pathologist position in the Medford Oregon area with lots of perks! Join a staff that loves collaboration and forms friendships outside of work. Daily trivia for staff with prizes (we get quite competitive…in a friendly way!), and big changes coming including moving into a 10,000sqft building this August.  Staff will have the opportunity to assist with layout and design of the new building including outdoor space for playground and garden.  We have hopes of starting a preschool on campus as well with staff assisting with curriculum and pushing into the classrooms. Ideal candidate has CCC for at least 1 year (2 years+ preferred).

Areas of specialty in the clinic include:
-Oromyofunctional therapy
-pediatric feeding (oral motor, sensory, tube feeding)
-Bilingual Spanish
-AAC (high tech)
-Preschool ASD

 Candidates who have experience in one or more of the following:
-preschool setting (we are looking at opening a preschool on campus).
-mentoring CFs and/or taking Graduate students
-social groups/speech camps

Currently, have 220 ST clients on a waitlist. Just signed a lease on a 10,000sq ft building. Currently looking at a second location and starting summer camps/ongoing social skills camps.  

Hours: M-TH work week with 10-hour shifts (early morning or evening shifts available). Open to part-time positions but would prefer full-time staff.

Salary and benefits:

$34.00 – $49.00 per hour. Pay depends on experience. Paid vacation/sick leave, 6 paid holidays (48 hours paid), Clinic closure for winter break (unpaid vacation), CEU stipend, ASHA CCC reimbursed yearly. Employer pays 50% of medical/vision insurance premium, Dental available. Eligible for Simple IRA 3% match after 1 year of employment. AFLAC available.

Qualifications: You will hold a Master’s Degree in Communications Sciences Disorders or Speech-Language Pathology, and a current state license (or be eligible for same). CCC for at least 1 year (2 years+ preferred)
