If you are a licensed School Social Worker looking for a position for the remainder of the current school year, read on!  Our wonderful schools need an enthusiastic licensed School Social Worker to work between an elementary school and a therapeutic school with all elementary and middle school students. beginning in  January in the vicinity of Palatine, IL.

• This assignment begins in January and will last until the end of the current school year
• Your caseload will be in two schools…..one with elementary students (K-6) and the other… a therapeutic school (K-8)
• One school has daily hours of 8:25-3:05 and the other is 9:20-4:00
• You will provide support with Crisis, IEP/504 minutes, evaluations, MTSS, problem-solving, behavior plans
• Prefer Spanish speaking but not mandatory
• This assignment is approximately 32.5-33.5 hours a week

Qualifications: You will need to have a Master's Degree in Social Work along with a PEL or Type 73 with a school social work endorsement.  Bilingual in Spanish is desired but not mandatory.
