Bilingual Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist - SLP - Fayetteville, AR

Why would a Spanish Speaking Speech-Language Pathologist consider a job in the beautiful Fayetteville, Arkansas area?  Well...to start with, Fayetteville was voted as the "Third Best Places to Live in America"!  Then you might want to consider that you would be living in a Major University town with all the sports, arts, concerts, and other activities found in a college town.  Then you would want to look at living in the Ozark Mountains with lakes and streams, hiking and biking trails, clean air, and a friendly and welcoming community.  Maybe even consider that it boasts a very reasonable cost of living, allowing you to have more money left over after paying to live in an amazing location.

Now that we've addressed WHY you would want to live here...let's explore the job opportunity awaiting you:
* join a team welcoming you to grow their dedicated practice focussed on helping the children and families you work with each day
* have the flexibility of schedule where you can arrange to attend an exercise class, yoga class, or just get a workout in
* come to work in an amazing clinic where a team-approach is not a plaque on the wall...but practiced each and every day
* have a "therapist" that owns the practice...knowing what you do every day and understanding your concerns and being there for you when you have questions
* have all your patient referrals waiting on you...and the ability for you to ramp-up your caseload to earn additional income

Why work here?
* competitive pay based on your experience, education, and skills that you bring to the team
* know that continuing education is not just talked about...but practiced here...where educators are brought into the community or you are given the ability to travel and obtain needed additional training/certification
* have a support staff to assist you in locating the perfect equipment or assessment tools
* have a visible means to develop into a leadership role as you progress through your career

What would you need to qualify for this amazing job opportunity?

* an Arkansas Occupational Therapy License (or be eligible for one)

We offer:
* a competitive salary and a robust benefit for full-time employees
