To qualify for this wonderful job opportunity, you would need:
*  An Arkansas Occupational Therapy License, or be eligible for one
*  Have a least 2 years experience working with the pediatric population
*  Be a graduate of a university or college with an accredited Occupational Therapy Program
*  Be able to provide information to obtain an Arkansas Medicaid Provider Number
