Pediatric Occupational Therapist - OT - Plymouth, IN

Are you a Pediatric Occupational Therapist looking for a school-based position for the 2018-2019 school year?  You will be part of a Special Education Cooperative in Plymouth, IN., serving over 1,750 students with disabilities ages 3-21.  Plymouth offers a bevy of can’t-miss things to do, from attending special events, to getting involved in the arts and learning about local history; to dining at independent restaurants and staying active at area parks. 
* The Occupational Therapist will work part-time up to 4 days per week (140 days).
* Evaluate the student’s ability
* Synthesize evaluation results into a report
* Participate in multidisciplinary meetings
* Provide targeted intervention
* Consult with a school-based team to achieve student outcomes
* Document occupational therapy services
* Prioritize and schedule work tasks independently
* Maintain clinical and administrative records
* Teach, monitor and collaborate with educational personnel
* The Occupational Therapist will supervise 1, maybe 2 OTA’s
* The position is mainly in Plymouth, with a half day doing evaluations in North Judson
Qualifications: You will need to hold a Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in Occupational Therapy and a current state license (or be eligible for same). 
* Two years of experience as an Occupational Therapist, preferably in a school system or other pediatric practice setting
* Current license by the Indiana Board of Occupational Therapy
