Pediatric Outpatient Clinical Coordinator - Dover, DE

Are you looking for a position with a fantastic team environment? We are searching for a Clinical Coordinator for a pediatric outpatient clinic located near Dover, Deleware. The perfect candidate will enjoy a healthy pace with a positive work environment, and the opportunity to be a part of an interdisciplinary team. 

  * Wonderful location near Delaware's shore
  * This desirable managerial position is open to a licensed PT, OT or SLP who has six years of pediatric experience
  *  You will provide leadership and oversight of daily operations
  *  Responsibilities include recruitment, retention, and supervision of clinical and support staff, as well as insurance process management and quality control of services
  * You will join a fabulous pediatric multidisciplinary therapy team of Speech-Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, and Physical Therapists

Full-time position includes medical, dental, vision benefits, 401K,  paid time for vacation/sick/personal and 12 paid holidays. Professional benefits include state license, dues, continuing education, and more.

Qualifications: 6 years of experience in pediatrics as an Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist or Speech-Language Pathologist. Supervisory experience preferred. You will need a current Delaware license of OT, PT or SLP.  In addition, an SLP therapist must have a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (or be eligible for same).  We want someone who has strong interpersonal and customer service skills and possesses knowledge of insurance and health regulations.
