Pediatric Outpatient Occupational Therapist - OT - Savannah, GA

Are you looking for a short term project?   Our client has an OT going out for maternity leave from May-July and we need someone to fill in.  The Pediatric Outpatient Occupational Therapist opportunity is located in Savannah, GA. Take a stroll down Savannah Beach or get your sea legs with a riverboat cruise down the Savannah River.  In the city, you'll find Spanish moss-draped trees lining the gorgeous streets and squares throughout the city.  The clinic has a multidisciplinary team of pediatric Speech-Language Therapists, Occupational Therapists and Physical Therapists and the clinics are equipped with a sensory-motor gym which includes a slide, monkey bars, ball pit, swings and sensory area.

*   The Occupational Therapist will have a caseload ready to go
*   Clinic hours are Monday through Thursday 8:00-6:00. 
*   Patients include birth to 21 years with a variety of disorders
*   Completing reports in a timely manner 
*   Establishing treatment plans and maintaining clinical documentation
*   The Occupational Therapist will provide therapy according to the treatment plan

Qualifications: You will need to hold a Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Occupational Therapy, and a current state license (or be eligible for same).
*  Ideal candidates will have at least one year of experience working with the pediatric population and have familiarity and a love for children on the Autism Spectrum Disorder, sensory processing disorder, feeding disorders and other genetic/developmental disorders is preferred.
