Pediatric Physical Therapist - PT - Downers Grove, IL

*  Monday - Friday from 8:00 - 5:30 or Monday - Thursday (10 hours/day)
*  Various diagnoses including but not limited to sensory processing disorders, Down Syndrome, ASD, Dyspraxia, muscle weakness, neurological disorders, orthopedic disorders
*  Monthly EI training

Responsibilities:

- Conduct physical therapy and evaluations and provide detailed written reports

- Schedule and plan individualized treatment sessions for clients

- Provide evaluations/treatment in our facility or in clients' homes

- Create and update treatment plans with detailed goals and benchmarks

- Discuss progress with caregivers and offer suggestions for carryover at home

- Maintain Illinois license, with appropriate continuing education hours

- Attend and contribute to team meetings and EI meetings

- Represent our company at various community events

Requirements:

 - Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) / Master of Science in Physical Therapy (MSPT) from a CAPTE accredited program- Current Illinois license                                                           - State of Illinois Early Intervention credential (or in process of obtaining the EI credential)                                                                                                                                                                                                             - Minimum TWO YEARS pediatric PT experience
