School-Based Board Certified Behavior Analyst - BCBA - Casa Grande, AZ

Unique opportunity for an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst looking for a challenging and rewarding position.  You must be willing to travel to various locations in Phoenix, Casa Grande and the Tempe area. This is a full-time contract position with benefits.  The Schools provide therapeutic educational services for at-risk and behaviorally/emotional/developmentally disabled children.  The Board Certified Behavior Analyst will collaborate with other service providers and a competently trained staff to make these schools positive and dynamic places to learn.  The emphasis is placed on teamwork and creativity to provide this positive environment for our students to excel.

*  Full-time 10-month position, 12-month paychecks

*  Previous school-based experience preferred
*  The Board Certified Behavior Analyst Work directly with students who exhibit challenging behaviors
*  Provide support and professional learning to staff who work with these students
*  Perform functional behavior assessments (FBA) for individual students
*  Collaborate with the school team to develop and implement evidence-based intervention plans and oversee those interventions to ensure fidelity
*  Develop resources and materials to support individual student interventions and programming
*  Train staff in implementation of interventions and programming
*  Develop data collection strategies to monitor student response to intervention
*  Assist staff in collecting and analyzing data
*  Participate in development of student IEP’s and in IEP meetings
*  Collect data and prepare a variety of reports to document assessment, interventions, and student progress
*  Participate in problem-solving team meetings and tasks
*  Provide supervision to BCBA candidates, if needed
*  Provide supervision to RBT’s, if needed
Qualifications: You will need to hold Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst and an Arizona Behavior Analyst license
