School-Based Occupational Therapist - OT - Towson, MD

Are you looking to work in a non-traditional school setting focusing on kiddos with more severe disabilities? We have a wonderful school position north of Towson, MD and are looking for an Occupational Therapist to start as soon as possible. This is a 12-month school calendar, and we can have someone start quickly, as well. You will work Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. This is a hybrid model with four mornings a week in-person services and the rest virtual services. 

* You will join a great multidisciplinary team servicing kiddos in a non-public school
*  Hybrid model - virtual and in-person
* School hours are 8 to 4
* Children needing service range from Pre-K to 10th grade
* 12-month school program with up to 25 days off during the year, not including personal paid time off
* You will see children with more severe disabilities, with a majority of the caseload consisting of kiddos with autism
* Salaried position with great hours and a lot of time allotted for paperwork
* Direct-hire Occupational Therapist position with wonderful benefits

We need someone with at least two years of school experience. Experience working children with autism and/or behavioral issues needed.

Qualifications: You will need to have a Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in Occupational Therapy, and a current state license (or be eligible for same). We need someone who has experience working with children with autism
