Exciting Opportunity: Outpatient Pediatric Physical Therapist in the Humble, TX area

We're currently seeking a dedicated Licensed Pediatric Physical Therapist to support children in the Humble, TX area.
Qualifications:
- Texas State license in Physical Therapy (PT)
- Master's or doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (PT) required unless transitioned into accreditation with a bachelor's degree
- Experience in pediatric Physical Therapy (PT) preferred
Role Overview:
An outpatient pediatric physical therapist provides care and treatment for children with a range of conditions, from congenital disabilities to injuries or diseases that impact their physical abilities. They help these children improve their physical function and capabilities through therapeutic exercises and activities
Job Details:
- Flexible (can work four 10 hour days, 5 days a week, etc.); willing to split different days between two locations.
- On-site cross-discipline mentorship between Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Physical Therapy (PT)
- Collaboration with Board-Certified Behavior Analysts, offering support in challenging behavior scenarios
- Flexible scheduling to allow for personal time and focus

Key Responsibilities:
- Assessment of children's motor abilities in a clinical setting
- Development of individualized intervention plans to support physical development
- Therapy implementation to address areas of weakness and improve functional mobility
- Environmental modifications to enhance children's participation in daily activities
- Parent/Caregiver education to support carryover of motor skills at home
