We're currently seeking a dedicated School Social Worker ($52-$55 hr) to support our elementary school in the Carpentersville, IL area for the 2025-2026 school year.

Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Social Work
- PEL or Professional Educator's License with the social work endorsement
- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred, but not required
Role Overview:
As a School Social Worker, you'll provide critical support to students. You'll collaborate with another social worker to address students' social-emotional needs, develop intervention strategies, and support their academic success. This role offers the opportunity to work with young learners in a supportive school environment while making a lasting impact on their development.
Job Details:
- Dates: Start August 12th and work through the SY 25-26
- Hours: 7:30-3:00 daily….7.5 hours (with a 30 min unpaid lunch)
- Setting: Elementary School (K-5th grade)
- Caseload: small and manageable
- In-person only
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group social work services to students
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop intervention plans
- Conduct assessments and maintain appropriate documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
