We're currently seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist ($42-$60/hr) to support Early Childhood students and elementary age students in the Park Ridge, IL area.

Qualifications: 

• Master's Degree in Communication Disorders or Speech Pathology
• PEL from the Illinois State Board Of Education 

Role Overview: 
As an SLP, you will develop and implement individualized education/treatment programs for students whose ability to communicate has been impacted by developmental differences, disabilities, or injuries. This role offers the opportunity to work with young learners in a supportive school environment while making a lasting impact on their development.  

Job Details:  

• Dates:  ASAP- May 29, 2026
• Hours:  7:20am -2:35pm, Monday – Friday
• Setting: Early Learning and Elementary, one campus
• Caseload:   42-50 Students, ages 5-11
• In-person only  

Key Responsibilities:  

•   Create and implement Individualized Education Programs for students. 
•   Collect and analyze data on Student IEP goals.
•   Collaborate and communicate with various stakeholders, including student IEP teams and parents
•   Complete speech and language evals and write reports as needed.
