Qualifications: 

• Washington State license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse 
• Previous experience working with school-age children
• Must have Tracheostomy experience and feel comfortable replacing if needed

Role Overview:
The School Based LPN position involves providing dedicated 1:1 medical care to a student which includes a tracheostomy, G-tube, and oxygen as needed. The role focuses on essential nursing tasks such as trach care, suctioning, and mobility assistance, ensuring the student's health and safety during transportation. 

Job Details:   

• Schedule:  Monday-Friday
• Dates:  ASAP- June 10, 2026
• Hours: 8:00am- 3:30pm
• Setting: Elementary 
• Caseload: 1:1 elementary student
• In-person

Key Responsibilities:  

• Provide 1:1 nursing care to an elementary student.
• Assist with trach care and suctioning as needed.
• Replace Tracheostomy if needed
