PediaStaff is a trusted leader in pediatric therapy and educational staffing solutions, connecting passionate professionals with rewarding school-based and clinic opportunities since 2004. We're currently seeking an Early Intervention Speech-Language Pathologist ($83,000-$94,000/year) in the Anchorage, AK area.
Qualifications:
- AK licensed or eligible for licensure as an SLP (CFYs welcome)
- Passionate about early intervention and working with families
- Comfortable working independently in home-based settings
- A team player who values learning, connection, and purpose-driven work
- Previous experience with IFSP (Individualized Family Services Plan) preferred, but not required
Position Details:
- Schedule: Full-Time
- Setting: The child's natural environment, usually their home, where parents can be involved in their child's development
- Caseload: Birth to three population
- Close-knit collaborative team of SLPs, OTs, and developmental therapists working to bring out the best in every child
- In-person only
What you'll do:
- Support early communication, feeding, and social-emotional development
- Partner with families using a coaching model embedded in daily routines
- Participate in evaluations and individualized family service planning
- Provide speech and language services in home and community settings
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of providers
