We're currently seeking an Early Intervention Speech-Language Pathologist ($83,000-$94,000/year) in the Anchorage, AK area.
 
Qualifications: 

• AK licensed or eligible for licensure as an SLP (CFYs welcome)
• Passionate about early intervention and working with families
• Comfortable working independently in home-based settings
• A team player who values learning, connection, and purpose-driven work
• Previous experience with IFSP (Individualized Family Services Plan) preferred, but not required

Position Details:

• Schedule: Full-Time
• Setting: The child's natural environment, usually their home, where parents can be involved in their child's development 
• Caseload: Birth to three population
• Close-knit collaborative team of SLPs, OTs, and developmental therapists working to bring out the best in every child
• In-person only

What you'll do: 

• Support early communication, feeding, and social-emotional development
• Partner with families using a coaching model embedded in daily routines
• Participate in evaluations and individualized family service planning
• Provide speech and language services in home and community settings
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of providers
