Position is paid hourly, not per visit, so earnings potential is between $70k and $87,500 working a 35 hour week with two weeks off.
 
Qualifications: 

• Master's Degree in Communication Disorders or similar
• TX SLP license and CCC
• Pediatric experience required, minimum of 2 years 

Role Overview:
You'll be the lead SLP in the clinic which is also home to OTs and PTs. This is an opportunity to not only hone your supervisory skills, but to also help the owner grow and expand this private pay practice. The clinic offers a lot of flexibility with hours and caseload; you'll be able to meet your work-life balance needs while also considering the needs of your patients You can work 4 or 5 days per week

Benefits:   

• Productivity bonus 
• Employer pays 50% of the medical premium, if 30-35 hours worked/week. 
• Employer pays 75% of the medical premium, if 36-40 hours worked/week.

• PTO: two weeks are provided at start of year, every January begins new 
• 401K:  after one year employed, you will receive 3.5% match
• $300 CEUs for part time and $500 CEUs offered for full time employment annually
