Qualifications: 

• Washington State license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse 
• Previous experience working with school-age children
• Must have Tracheostomy experience and feel comfortable replacing if needed

Role Overview:
The School Based LPN position involves providing dedicated 1:1 medical care to a student with needs such as tracheostomy care, seizures, GJ tube, quadriplegia, and additional support needs. ECSE (nurse supports Health Room when no ECSE. Nurse will accompany the student during bus transportation, providing care and support while riding the bus to and from school. 

Job Details:   

• Schedule:  Monday-Friday
• Dates:  ASAP- June 10, 2026
• Hours: 6:45am-2:15pm
• Setting: Elementary 
• Caseload: 1:1 elementary student
• In-person

Key Responsibilities:  

• Provide 1:1 nursing care to an elementary student.
• Assist with trach care and suctioning as needed.
• Replace Tracheostomy if needed
