Exciting Opportunity in the Dallas & DeSoto area: Clinic based Board Certified Behavior Analyst – BCBA

We're currently seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (annual salary range $70,000-$100,000) in the Dallas & DeSoto area .
Qualifications:
- Masters in Applied Behavioral Analysis or related field with emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis.
- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in the delivery of ABA to the autism population.
- Experience working with children ages 2 to 12.
- Experience with Autism specific ABA/PBS program development and training.
- Board Certification- Board Certified Behavior Analyst
- Bi-annual training in CPR and annual training in SAMA
- Current State of Texas Driver License or if you live in another state, must be currently licensed in
that state. If licensed in another state, must obtain Texas Driver License within three (3) months of
employment.
• Liability insurance required if employee will operate personal vehicle on Center property or for
Center business. Must be insurable by Center’s liability carrier if employee operates a Center
vehicle or drives personal car on Center business. Must have an acceptable driving record.
Role Overview:
A BCBA works alongside a multidisciplinary team to create programs for behavior reduction as well as skill acquisition with a student-centered outlook. This is the perfect position to grow in the field of behavior analysis and support individuals in a school-based setting. This role offers the opportunity to work with young learners in a supportive school environment while making a lasting impact on their development.
Position Details:

Minimum salary rate is $70,000 Maximum salary is $100,000 (note: This is for 10 years experience in related role).
Additional bilingual stipend of 6% the annual salary offered for the role for bilingual BCBAs. This role will serve families of all languages, but Spanish is a primary language that we support. - Operational Hours: Our business hours for operations are 8 a.m. 5 p.m.
- Clinic-Based, only. We have two clinic locations: Dallas & Desoto. We are flexible to explore candidates that have a preference to work either clinic-location.
- CCAM services children with Autism Spectrum Disorders from ages 2-12.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow company policies and procedures.
- Develop and train staff on proactive behavior strategies.
- Oversee data collection for student-specific behaviors.
- Collaborate with teachers and teams to apply ABA principles for skill development.
- Design reactive strategies based on team input.
