Early Intervention Physical Therapist – PT

Do you love working with the little ones? Have a passion to work with families for a holistic approach to therapy? We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team on a full time basis on the north side of Austin. Home to about 40 therapists, you’ll work M-F 8-5pm.
*Location of kids/families are on the NE side of Austin, primarily in urban areas within a 20 minute radius of office (Pflugerville, Elgin, Manor)
*Caseload is early intervention, birth-3.
*Parent/guardian will be present during therapy and a coaching model is used
*The ideal candidate has some experience in a birth-3 setting and infant experience through therapy, clinical fieldwork, or babysitting, volunteer opportunities, etc.
*Training offered that includes webinars, observation time, learning structure of the program, documentation, etc.
*Once onboarded and trained, position offers a lot of autonomy
*Productivity requirement is 85%
*Documentation is all electronic, ideal candidate will be adept with basic typing and Microsoft suite and knowledge of EMR, Outlook, Zoom, Sharepoint
Qualifications: State license in Physical Therapy and degree commensurate with license. Vehicle and proper auto insurance. Ability to live up to 50 pounds.
