PediaStaff is a trusted leader in pediatric therapy and educational staffing solutions, connecting passionate professionals with rewarding school-based and clinic opportunities since 2004. We're currently seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist in the Bourbonnais, IL area.
 
Qualifications: 

• Active Illinois Physical Therapy License
• 1–2 years of pediatric experience preferred (new grads with passion and drive are encouraged to apply)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Position Details:

• This position will begin ASAP  
• Daily hours will vary upon the caseload for that day (flexible) 
• You will work with newborns to 22 yr olds (mostly the younger population) 
• You will establish goals and implement age-appropriate plans of care 
• You will work with a great team of dedicated therapists who do one thing: always put kids first! 
• This position can be either salary or hourly

Key Responsibilities:  

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for pediatric clients.
• Deliver engaging, evidence-based physical therapy services in a clinic setting.
• Complete accurate, real-time documentation to reduce take-home work.
• Supervise PTA-level providers when applicable to ensure continuity of care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary therapy team to improve client outcomes holistically.
