Role Overview:
The School Based Nurse (LPN) position involves providing dedicated 1:1 care to student during transport to and from afternoon classes. The role focuses on essential nursing tasks such as trach care, suctioning, and mobility assistance, ensuring the student's health and safety during transportation. Must have trach and g-tube experience.

Job Details:   

• Schedule: 5 days/week. Half days on Wednesday
• Dates:  August-June
• Hours: 30-32 per week
• Setting: Elementary School
• In-person
