Qualifications: 

• Specific Degree  You will need to have a Master's Degree in Special Education with the LBS1 certification,
• Requires PEL and LBS1 Endorsement   

Role Overview:
As a Special Education Teacher, you will support students with diverse learning needs by creating inclusive and personalized educational plans that help them thrive both academically and emotionally. This role offers the opportunity to work with young learners in a supportive school environment while making a lasting impact on their development.

Job Details:   

• Schedule:  Full time
• Dates:  1-5-26 through 6-5-26
• Hours:   M-F 7:20 – 2:35 pm     
• Setting:  Elementary Ages
• Caseload: 5-8 students
• In-person only 

Key Responsibilities:  

• Self-contained special education teacher for grades third through fifth, specializing in behavior needs
• Provide primary literacy, math, science, and social studies instruction for students in third through fifth grade in small groups 
• Create and implement Individualized Education Programs for students
• Collect and analyze data on student IEP goals
• Collaborate and communicate with various stakeholders, including student IEP teams and parents
