PediaStaff is a trusted leader in pediatric therapy and educational staffing solutions, connecting passionate professionals with rewarding school-based and clinic opportunities since 2004. We're currently seeking a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist for pediatric clinic in Lakewood, WA
Qualifications:
- CCC-SLP required
- Washington State Speech-Language Pathology Lcense
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Pediatric experience (including clinical fellowships and student internships)
- Passion for helping children reach their fullest potential
Compensation
Full-Time W-2 Position
- Annual Salary: $80,000 – $100,000
- Full benefits package included
Pay-Per-Visit W-2 Option
- $50 – $56 per visit
- Compensation based on experience and PTO preference
Flexible Scheduling
Create a schedule that works for you:
- Traditional 5-day / 8-hour schedule
- Four 9-hour days plus a half-day Friday
- Four 10-hour days
- Must be available for 2 evenings per week until 6:00 or 7:00 PM
Full-time benefits begin at 30 hours per week.
As a Speech-Language Pathologist at this position, you will:
- Collaborate with an energetic and supportive multidisciplinary team
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments
- Develop engaging, individualized treatment plans
- Help children build communication skills, confidence, and meaningful connections
