We are seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality, outpatient pediatric therapy to children with special needs, at no cost to families. Work-Life Balance You Can Count On:

·         Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

·         Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:30 PM

·         Fridays: Summer – OFF

·         No nights, weekends, holidays, or on-call requirements

Qualifications: 

  •  Permanent/Temp OT License required to start
  • 12 Month Contract required

Benefits:   

· Starting Salary: New Grads – $60,000

· Health Insurance – 100% Employer Paid, effective first day of month after start date

· Life Insurance – a $50,000

· Assurant: Vision And Dental available through payroll deduction

· 403(b) – like a 401(k) for non-profit 501(c) (3) payroll deduction

· Professional Liability Insurance – $1,000,000 per occurrence / $3,000,000 aggregate

· Workers Compensation – covered under the Missouri’s Work Comp Law

· Annual Licensing Fees – Center Pays annual renewal fees

· Continuing Education – $750 Stipend and increases every 2 years

· Mentorship – for new graduates for the first year

· $1000 annual tuition reimbursement up to $10,000. Work for a non-profit 10 years to receive student loan forgiveness.

· Relocation help- we will cover the cost of a moving van/truck when a receipt is produced

· Paid holidays – In addition to Federal Holidays, we are off for two weeks at Christmas, Wednesday-Friday at Thanksgiving, with several additional days throughout the year.
