Qualifications: 

  • Texas State license in Occupational Therapy (OT)
  • Master's or doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy (OT) required unless transitioned into accreditation with a bachelor's degree
  • Experience in pediatric Occupational Therapy (OT) preferred 

Role Overview:
As an OT, you will support children in a clinic setting by assessing their needs, developing individualized plans, and implementing interventions to help them succeed. This role offers the opportunity to work with pediatric patients in a supportive environment while making a lasting impact on their development.

Job Details:   

  •  Create a schedule that works for you! (traditional five day/8 hours; can do four 10 hour days or even three 10-12 hour days). This position is for growth!
  • On-site cross-discipline mentorship between Occupational Therapy (OT), Speech Therapy, Physical Therapy
  • Collaboration with Board-Certified Behavior Analysts, offering support in challenging behavior scenarios
  • Flexible scheduling to allow for personal time and focus
  • Diverse patient population for expanded treatment options

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Assess children's motor, sensory, and functional abilities to identify areas of need and develop individualized therapy plans.
  • Deliver targeted occupational therapy interventions, helping them achieve developmental goals.
  • Work closely with families and other specialists to create a supportive environment tailored to child's unique needs
