Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis
- Certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BCBA)
- Knowledge of behavioral characteristics typically associated with Autism, Emotional/Behavior Disorders, Intellectual Disabilities, etc.
Role Overview:
As a BCBA, you will work along with a multidisciplinary team to create program for behavior reduction as well as skill acquisition with a student-centered outlook. This is the perfect position to grow in the field of behavior analysis and support individuals in a school-based setting. This role offers the opportunity to work with young learners in a supportive school environment while making a lasting impact on their development.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, in-person only
- Dates: 9/16-2025- 6/5/2026
- Hours: 8:00am- 4:00pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively participate on various educational teams to support proactive and responsive behavioral interventions to support students with challenging behaviors.
- Support the implementation of functional behavior assessments
- Lead, development and implement of applying applied behavior analysis principles in the classroom, such as pairing, natural environment teaching and discrete trial instruction.
- Assist in coordination of school and home supports for the purpose of providing a comprehensive program for students.
