We're currently seeking School-Based Behavior Technicians to support K-8th students in the Columbus, OH area for the remainder of the school year.

Job Details:   

• School Dates: ASAP- May 29, 2026
• Setting: K-8th grade
• Hours: 7:00am- 3:30pm
• DO NOT have to be registered, but need to have some school experience

Key Responsibilities:  

• Assisting students' development of social skills
• Implementing academic interventions
• Collaborating with other therapists, teachers, parents, and administrators
• Collecting and analyzing data on behavior targets
• Documenting observations
• Providing regular progress updates to the treatment team
• Using positive reinforcement strategies
• Teaching a variety of skills

Qualifications: 

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with children or adolescents in educational or behavioral settings
• Minimum of 1 years' experience as a school-based Behavior Assistant
