This interview is wonderful! Craig explains in detail the benefits of yoga for children with special needs in a clear, concise manner. As a speech language pathologist, I often practice yoga with my students before more traditional therapy to help them focus and get organized. I have noticed the benefits immediately, as children are calm and ready to learn after the practice. Thanks Craig, and I can’t wait to meet you in February at the ChildLight Yoga training in Dover, NH!
