Are you a Special Education Teacher who is passionate about working with students who have multiple needs? Are you looking to gain additional experience in a contract position for part of the 2023-2024 school year? The beautiful city of Boulder, Colorado needs YOU!

We are seeking a full-time Special Education Teacher to fill a Leave of Absence and work in the elementary school setting:

Tell Me More!
* Work in a fantastic elementary school community – contract dates are 10/30/23 to 5/24/24.
* Students served have a variety of diagnoses
* Enjoy a manageable classroom/caseload size
* Feel supported – collaborate as needed with SLP, Psych/SW or OT/PT
* Have a sense of community as you will be part of the elementary school setting
* Teacher will be provided with appropriate materials to be successful, including technology
* Familiarity with Google Suite a plus
* Experience required in teaching special education, preferably the autism population

What Do I Need to Apply?
* Bachelor’s degree or higher in special education or related field of study
* Special education teacher must be fully licensed in the State of Colorado for grades K through 8th
* Experience teaching special education and the autism population
* If you’re licensed to teach special education in another state, and have completed a temporary license application, you’re eligible, too!
