Kids learn through pretend play… but sometimes we forget that kids will benefit from learning about events we take for granted – including picnics!

Renae from Every Star Is Different put together a wonderful picnic activities themed unit for tots and preschoolers to get kids active and engaged.

This picnic themed unit is especially perfect for special needs kiddos, who may have sensory issues, allergies or fears that inhibit enjoying an actual picnic.
