Pediatric Occupational and Physical Therapy – Muscle Strengthening Game

Four year old boy working on upper extremity and trunk strengthening while playing a game. There are several words written on the upright cards. When a word is called out, the boy finds the correct written word and uses the rolling pin to steamroll the cards down. Go to for additional muscle strengthening activities through play.
