CFY Supervisor Speech-Language Pathologist – Anchorage, AK

Do you have a little extra time in your week and want a lucrative avenue to make a little extra money?
Pediastaff is seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team for the 2018-19 school year. We’re looking for a therapist interested in mentoring some of our new grad hires.
*You’ll work one on one with the CFY and make your own schedule. You’ll need to be available during school hours for some supervised visits. Other visits can be done anytime
*Previous supervision experience preferred
*Previous work in a school-based environment also preferred
*We’re looking for someone interested in mentoring, teaching, supporting and encouraging a new therapist in a new environment
*We’d like someone who will go the extra mile to ensure our CFY has a positive experience and learns all they can
*Local to the Anchorage area required
*Hourly requirement would be 5-10 hours per month per therapist you are supervising
If you consider yourself to have a strong skill set in pediatric or school-based therapy, you have effective communication and organizational skills, and a full understanding of the requirements set forth by ASHA for the Clinical Fellowship Year, we’d like to talk with you!
Qualifications: You will need to hold a Master’s Degree in Communications Sciences Disorders or Speech-Language Pathology, and a current state license (or be eligible for same), residency in Anchorage area, Alaska.
