Hot Job! – School Speech-Language Pathologist, Calumet, MI
We have a need for a full-time contract SLP in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula for the 2017-2018 school year. Your caseload would range from PreK-12. Typical needs include articulation, phonology, receptive and expressive language, social/pragmatic communication related to autism, fluency and assistive technology for communication.
* Therapist will work with kids from preschool to 12th grade.
* Caseloads are kept around 50, 10 lower than state requirement.
* Therapist will treat children with a broad range of diagnoses.
* We are able to consider CFY candidates and supervision is available.
* This position is for the full 2017-2018 school year.
CFY-SLP candidates are welcome to apply. Must have school experience from their fieldwork.
Qualifications: Must hold appropriate Degree in Communications Sciences Disorders, or Speech Language Pathology; and a current state license (or be eligible for same).
